Our signature Network DNA is a unique approach we take to allow us to better support your network.  It is unique in the way that it allows us the opportunity to examine from the top down, every bit of your network.  We take the time to go to every computer, and analyse everything about it including installed applications and the computers hardware components.

Upon completion of the analysis, we compile and breakdown the information for you in an easy to follow format.  This gives you several things.

• complete listing of all software used on computers.
• topical diagram of your network from Internet to the last computer
• network settings including IP address ranges and subnet masks
• recommendations of changes should any be applicable
• server roles/settings documented

Why do we recommend you doing the DNA? The answer is a simple one.  Your business loses money when it’s not working at full capacity.  Having done a Network DNA, we have spent time thoroughly learning the inner workings of your network allowing us to more readily and quickly remedy any situation that may arise.  It isn’t a necessity for us to support you but it will improve the timely fashion in which we can resolve problems.
